RETURN POLICY

WEEKENDS will happily email you a pre-paid USPS return label upon request. Should you choose to use this label, we’ll deduct $7.50 from your return for the use of the label. Additionally, the customer can purchase a label on their own with courier of choice. All sale items are final sale unless otherwise indicated by a WEEKENDS team member and will not be accepted back for return or exchange.

RETURN PROCESS

To exchange a full-priced item(s) please reach out to us to confirm the exchange. Kindly note that exchange costs are not covered by WEEKENDS and are to be paid by the customer. As we’re a small business, we have limited inventory. We suggest placing a new order for the correct item/size as we can’t guarantee availability by the time your exchange is back to us. We’ll refund your original payment for the returned item, minus any shipping or return fees that accrued.

To return a full-priced item(s) for refund, please affix the USPS return label that we send to you upon request OR the courier of your choice if you choose to do so on your own, on the package you wish to return. Note that WEEKENDS is not responsible for any return shipping fees and the customer is expected to cover return shipping costs. If you choose to send back your item(s) with your own courier of choice, note that all labels should have a return address as follows:

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange, minus the cost of shipping fees. Please allow at least ten days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
